There’s an electrical box on the side of the road in my neighborhood. Last summer, a teenager covered it with a portrait of Bruce Lee, along with Lee’s famous water quote (“If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup…“ ) I pass this artwork often, each time reminded of how essential versatility is.

I help create integrated campaigns, digital, print, outdoor, direct, trade show environments, identity, packaging and more — for industries spanning health care and finance to travel and rock+roll. I also art direct short films, style props, and create scenery for theatre, film, opera and concerts. Additionally, I voice radio and tv spots, video games and museum exhibits. I’ve written copy, comedy sketches and radio drama. I also helped to launch one of Boston’s premier improvisational theatres — contributing as a performer, writer and designer for over 1400 improv+sketch shows, custom corporate events and national touring productions. No hobbies listed here, all of these roles are part of my professional life.

This mix of skills influences every project I touch. It’s made me a quick thinker and a quick study, with multiple perspectives on collaborating with creative teams, businesses and audiences of all types. It’s also led me to work with amazing clients from around the globe, from legendary bands to the neighborhood bank. As for Bruce Lee, I never had the honor of working with him — but I think we may have gotten along pretty well.
